CSG Setup Guide m106




Basic Setup – Features of device are listed on the back of this page.


  1. Plug it in.
  1. Place your device in an open area on an elevated surface.


    1. Wait for the device to start up.
    1. Connect the power cord to the port marked DC and plug it into the power source. (Recommend using a surge protector)
    2. Hold the power button for 5 to 8 seconds to turn on the modem. 
    3. You will know that it is operational when the lights on front glow green.

    1. Modem will connect automatically.
    1. SIM card is already inserted.
    2. Wi-Fi network name will appear in your Wi-Fi networks as CSG-XXXX or CSG-XXXX-5G
    3. Your network name and passwords can be found on the bottom sticker on the modem.
