How to Access Your Admin Panel

Pristine Internet Gateway — Customer Guide

The admin panel at 192.168.0.1 is your control center for the Pristine Internet Gateway. From here you can change your Wi-Fi settings, check your connection status, update your APN, and manage your device. Here's how to get in.

Before You Start — Find Your Admin Password

Your login credentials are printed on the label on the back of your Gateway. There are two different passwords on this label — make sure you use the right one:

Use this to log in to the admin panel at 192.168.0.1

💡  Note: The Wi-Fi Password and the Admin Password are different and are not interchangeable. Look specifically for the field labeled Admin Password on the back sticker when logging in to the admin panel.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Connect to your Gateway.

Make sure your phone, tablet, or computer is connected to your Gateway's Wi-Fi network or plugged into one of the LAN 1–4 ports via Ethernet cable.

2

Open a web browser and go to 192.168.0.1.

Open any web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox, etc.) and type 192.168.0.1 into the address bar at the top. Press Enter.

3

Get past the security warning.

Your browser will show a security warning — this is normal and safe to proceed past. In Chrome or Edge: click Advanced, then Proceed to 192.168.0.1 (unsafe). In Safari: click Show Details, then visit this website. In Firefox: click Advanced, then Accept the Risk and Continue.

💡  Easy Setup Wizard: An Easy Setup Wizard will appear the first time you log in to the admin panel, and again any time the Gateway has been factory reset or hard reset. It will guide you through initial configuration such as setting your Wi-Fi name and password. You can complete the wizard or skip past it and navigate directly to the settings you need.

Can't Reach 192.168.0.1?

Check your connection first. Your device must be connected to the Gateway's Wi-Fi or Ethernet — not another network. The admin panel is only reachable from within the Gateway's own network.

Mobile data interference. If you are trying to access the admin panel from a smartphone and your Gateway has no active internet connection, your phone may automatically switch to your cellular data network, which will prevent it from reaching 192.168.0.1. Turn off Mobile Data on your phone before trying to access the admin panel.

•  On iPhone: Settings → Cellular → turn off Cellular Data

•  On Android: Settings → Network & Internet → turn off Mobile Data
